Randy Harding

Randy Harding co-founded Everest Home Improvement in 2018 and is a licensed Class A contractor.

Randy was born and raised in Alexandria, Virginia, and graduated from Bishop Ireton High School. He then attended Our Lady of Holy Cross College in New Orleans, Louisiana, where he met his wife, Nicole.

Randy started his construction in the flooring industry in New Orleans with his father-in-law. Randy and Nicole moved back to Virginia and have spent the last 20 years doing a combination of residential and commercial construction. These experiences have given Everest the unique ability to handle all types of projects.

Randy and his wife Nicole have two children who are active in sports.

Everest Home Improvement is a full-service remodeling company with its focus on interior remodeling of homes to include kitchens, bathroom, and basements. Everest Home Improvement also has an exterior division with roofing, siding, doors, and windows.
