Since joining North-West Roofing in 2013, he has transformed it into a nationally recognized commercial roofing company. With over 15 years of sobriety, Paul draws inspiration from his faith and family, mentoring over 200 individuals and founding the non-profit Roofers in Recovery. He and his wife, Kimberly, live in Colorado and Arizona, actively supporting local and global ministries while cherishing their blended family of six children and beautiful grandchildren.
